Our Quattroflow-1200 S pump
is a
4-piston-diaphragm pump. The
stroke of each of the 4 pistons is created by an excentric shaft,
which is contected to an electric drive. Examples of products that are pumped using the Quattroflow -1000
S:
- Blood derived plasma protein
solutions, such as: Human Serum Albumin, IgG, Clotting factors, etc.
- Cell culture
supernatants: monoclonal antibodies, etc.
- Cell broths: bacteria,
yeast, mammalian cells, etc.
- Virus containing broths
- Bacterial and viral vaccines
- Enzyme solutions
Examples for process
steps, in which the Quattroflow -1000 S is used
- Feed and recirculation pump in all kinds of cross-flow systems with
cassettes, spiralwound, hollow fiber or ceramic modules
- Feed and/or dosing pump in chromatography systems (product and buffer)
- Feed pump for centrifuges,
separators and homogenisators
- To pump product solutions through cartridge filter systems
(e.g.: fine, sterile filtration, and virus removal).
